We’re a Dar es Salaam based tour operator, safari company and ground handler with a difference.

We offer innovative, original and off the beaten track itineraries throughout South and West Tanzania, and the Spice Islands of Zanzibar, Pemba and Mafia.

All our safari operations are overseen by our Director, German-born Sven Liebchen. He’s been in Tanzania since he was 4, and is a professional safari guide with qualifications from South Africa, Kenya and Zimbabwe. Fluent in English, German and Swahili, he trains all of our guides to his exacting standards, and his first-hand experience and in depth knowledge of Tanzania means that when you travel with us, you’re in safe hands. Sven has spent several years guiding in Selous, setting mobile camps, leading mobile walking safaris, managing safari camps and even has experience in the hunting sector on anti poaching patrols. So, we know where to go, when to go, how to get there, all accommodation options and new and upcoming developments.

We don’t believe in herding our guests around the major sights. We don’t believe in tight itineraries where you have to race through the bush to try and catch a glimpse of a lion through the trees. And we don’t believe in bumping against other tourists and following everyone else around.
