Udzungwa Mountains, Mikumi and Selous Safari - 7 day
An action packed safari with hiking in the Udzungwa Mountains, game drives in Mikumi and walking safari, boat safari and game drives in Selous.
DAY 1. MONDAY DAR ES SALAAM-UDZUNGWA MOUNTAINS
Drive from Dar es Salaam to mangula HQ for Udzungwa Mountains National Park Afternoon to explore this tranquil rail station town.
O/n Udzungwa Mountain View Hotel. (BB)
DAY 2. TUESDAY HIKING IN UDZUNGWA MOUNTAINS
Walk to the Udzungwa Mountains National Park HQ for registration, then short transfer by car to the start of the Sanje Falls hike. The hike takes from 5 to 7 hours depending on time spent relaxing at the falls and birdwatching. You are accompanied by a National Park guide. Met at the end of the hike and transfer to Mikumi National Park (approx 1 1/2 hours). Afternoon game drive to camp. O/n Authentic Mikumi Camp. FB
DAY 3. WEDNESDAY MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK
A full day to explore Tanzania’s third largest National Park, late afternoon short drive to Morogoro.

DAY 4. THURSDAY MIKUMI - SELOUS GAME RESERVE
A pprox 5 hour drive through the beautiful Uluguru Mountains to Selous Game Reserve.
