Selous, Mikumi and Ruaha Driving Safari - 9 day

A wildlife 'highlights' drive through south Tanzania including beautiful scenery when driving through the Uluguru Mountains from Selous to Morogoro and down through the southern highlands to Ruaha. This safari operates as a set departure itinerary departing from Dar es Salaam every Monday.

DAY 1. SELOUS GAME RESERVE
Drive from Dar es Salaam to Selous Game Reserve (approx 6 hours to Mtemere gate).
O/n Mbega Camp/Lake Manze Camp/Rufiji River Camp. FB.

DAY 2. SELOUS GAME RESERVE
Full day game drive in Selous Game Reserve.
O/n Mbega Camp/Lake Manze Camp/Rufiji River Camp. FB

DAY 3. SELOUS GAME RESERVE
Morning foot safari. Afternoon game drive in Selous.
O/n Mbega Camp/Lake Manze Camp/Rufiji River Camp. FB

DAY 4. MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK
Scenic drive through the Uluguru Mountains to Mikumi. (approx 7 hours) . Afternoon game drive to camp.

DAY 5. MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK
Full day game drive in Mikumi N.P. O/n Authentic Mikumi Camp. FB

DAY 6. RUAHA NATIONAL PARK
Drive through the southern highlands to Ruaha N.P. (approx 6 hours) with stop in Iringa Town. Afternoon game drive. O/n Authentic Ruaha Camp. FB

DAY 7. RUAHA NATIONAL PARK
Full day game drive in Ruaha N.P. O/n Authentic Ruaha Camp. FB

DAY 8. RUAHA NATIONAL PARK
Full day game drive in Ruaha N.P. O/n Authentic Ruaha Camp. FB

DAY 9. DEPART BY FLIGHT TO ZANZIBAR OR DAR ES SALAAM
Morning flight dep Ruaha 11.45 to Zanzibar or Dar es Salaam

All departures start from Dar es Salaam

Minimum 2 pax, max 5 pax per car
