Visit the Bibi Jann Day Care Centre in Dar es Salaam, community and environment projects in Ruaha, the weekly local pottery market at Lake Nyasa as well as a local tourism initiative in the Rungwe region in the far south of Tanzania.

Drive Dar es Salaam to Mikumi (approx 4 ½ hours). Lunch at camp.

Visit by dig out canoe to the famous local Saturday pottery market.

DAY 11. SUNDAY IRINGA
Drive through the highlands to Iringa region (approx 7 hours). Afternoon to relax at working farm. Overnight Kisolanza Farmhouse. BB
DAY 12. MONDAY RUAHA NATIONAL PARK
Drive to Ruaha N.P. (approx 3 hours) with visit to the Environmental Center in Idodi supported by the Ruaha Conservation Fund - www.suestolberger.com/rcf.htm.
Afternoon game drive. Overnight Authentic Ruaha Camp. FB
