ITINERARY 1.
TARANGIRE/LAKE MANYARA, NGORONGORO AND SERENGETI & CULTURAL
VISITS to ILKIDINGA VILLAGE and the HAADZABE TRIBE - 9 DAYS/8 Nights:
Day 0: Arrival in Arusha. Overnight at The Arusha
Hotel/Kigongoni Lodge on B&B.
Day 1: Full day walking tour to Ilkidinga
village visiting the local Maasai and Waarusha on the slopes
of Mt. Meru. Visits to the local school, dispensary, maasai women
group, traditional maasai healer, waterfalls, crops fields, etc.
This is one of the best cultural tours in Arusha and includes a
hot maasai lunch. Return to lodge/hotel in the evening ready for
next day safari. Accommodation on Half Board (dinner).
Day 2: Tarangire National Park.
O/n at Tarangire Safari Lodge.
Day 3: Early morning tour at Tarangire. Return
for breakfast and depart after breakfast to Lake Eyasi. Enjoy a
walking tour around the villages, evening with locals. Dinner and
overnight at Camp.
Day 4: Early morning you wake up and go on a
hunting trip with the local Haadzabe tribesman. Enjoy breakfast
at camp. Later return to Karatu, check in at Gibb’s Farm.
Day 5 : Depart to Serengeti.
Packed lunch at Olduvai Gorge. Visit a Maasai Boma. Proceed to Serengeti
for half day tour. O/n at Lodge in Serengeti <<Serena/Sopa>>
Day 6: Full day Serengeti tour. O/n Serengeti.
Day 7: Back to Ngorongoro. Full afternoon walking
tour at Ngorongoro Highlands with packed lunch.

Day 8: Early morning descend the crater for a
half day tour of the Ngorongoro Crater. Return
to lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 9: After breakfast depart to Arusha arriving
for lunch at Arusha Hotel.

2pax – US$2,850; 4+pax – US$2,450
Includes: Transfers KIA/ARUSHA, Transport in a
private 4WD vehicle (landcruiser or minibus), services of an experienced
driver/guide, accommodation and meals as per program, all park entrance
fees, crater service fees, other required fees and government taxes,
mineral water during game drives, emergency medical evacuation facility.
Excludes: Accommodation on last night if required,
transfers on last day, air travel, personal travel insurance, and
other items of a personal nature.
